How does RosePost box work? 

Once you choose a plan and subscribe, you will receive one RosePost box quarterly (see our subscription and shipping schedule further below), each filled with 3-5 full-size, carefully selected clean and ingredient-conscious beauty products, featuring the finest essential rose oil, rose water and rose absolute as key ingredients - often in combination with other high-quality, plant-powered, eco-conscious ingredients. While the focus is on skincare and beauty, occasionally there will be select rose-themed lifestyle products included. 

What specific products will be included in my RosePost box?

The specific products included in your box will be kept a surprise, as this is an essential element (and part of the fun!) of the subscription discovery experience. We always announce the theme for the upcoming RosePost Box and occasionally, we provide hints (spoilers) on social media or via email as to the type of products / brands included. Please visit 'What's In the Box' page for more details on the types of products we curate and specific information on past boxes. 

How much does it cost?

The RosePost will introduce you to clean, natural and organic rose-infused skincare and beauty products for $51 / quarter. You can save with a prepaid semi-annual ($94) or annual ($180) subscription, bringing your cost per box down to $47 / box (semi-annual) or $45 / box (annual). You can also give RosePost a try by purchasing a one-time gift box for $55/box. The retail value of each box will always be at least $75 (usually more), and we believe you would find an even greater value in the unique product curation, featuring independent beauty brands from North America and Europe. 

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping within the Continental U.S. is free.

Are there any additional fees?

None. The only additional fee is the required sales tax we charge for MA subscribers since we are based out of MA.

Is RosePost box available outside the U.S.?

At this time, RosePost is available to U.S. subscribers only. Please follow us for updates as we plan our expansion to other countries. 

What is RosePost quarterly subscription schedule and when do boxes ship each quarter?

RosePost box subscription and shipping schedule is as follows:

Fall Subscription Quarter: August/ September/ October; boxes ship November 1st – 5th

Winter Subscription Quarter: November/ December/ January; boxes ship February 1st – 5th

Spring Subscription Quarter: February/ March/ April; boxes ship May 1st – 5th

Summer Subscription Quarter: May/ June/ July; boxes ship August 1st – 5th 

How does billing work for the Quarter-to-quarter subscription?

If you sign up for a Quarter-to-quarter plan, you will be immediately billed the quarterly price ($51) and your first box will ship following the schedule above. The subscription will be auto-renewed each quarter and you will be billed every three months after your original sign-up date, unless you cancel (see cancellation policy further below). For example, if you subscribe on September 25th, you will be billed immediately for the 2017 Fall RosePost box (our Founders’ box) which will ship between the 1st and 5th of November. Then, for the next 2018 Winter RosePost box, shipping February 1st - 5th, you will be billed three (3) months after your original sign-up date, on December 25th. 

How does billing work for the Semi-annual and Annual subscriptions?

If you sign up for a Semi-annual or an Annual subscription, you will be billed once for the total amount when you sign up (prepay). Boxes will ship four (4) times a year, following the standard RosePost shipping schedule as outlined previously. For example, if you sign up for an Annual subscription plan in November 2017, you will be billed immediately for the total amount and your first box will be the 2018 Winter RosePost box that will ship February 1st – 5th, 2018. Each subscription plan is auto-renewed at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel before the re-billing date (see cancellation policy further below). For the semi-annual subscription, you will be re-billed every six (6) months after your original sign-up date.  For the annual subscription plan, you will be re-billed every twelve (12) months after your original sign-up date. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, there are no contracts or commitments. The Quarter-to-quarter subscription is cancellable at any time. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly by logging into your customer account or by emailing us at: [email protected] before your next billing date. If you cancel after you were billed for the quarter, you would still receive that quarter's box per the shipping schedule, but will not be receiving any further boxes. The semi-annual and annual subscriptions are prepaid for a 6-month and a 12-month period respectively, and are nonrefundable. If you want to cancel your semi-annual or annual plan (e.g. not be re-billed for another period at the end of your original plan), you can do so by logging into your account or by emailing us at: [email protected] Any cancellation requests would go into effect at the end of the semi-annual or annual period (e.g. would apply for the next billing period). 

Can I skin a box / delivery?

Yes, you can skip a box / delivery by logging in your customer account and selecting the 'Skin' option before your next billing date.

Can I gift a RosePost box subscription to someone else?

Yes, you can. Choose the plan that you want and, on the checkout page, select the gift option. Please also indicate subscription start date and how many shipments you want to send. 

Can I buy a one-time RosePost box?

Yes, subject to availability, you can buy a one-time gift RosePost box. You will be billed immediately and your box will be shipped within 5 business days. Please note that the one-time boxes may not be exactly the same as the quarterly boxes, but will contain products of the same value and quality.  If you wish to discuss a custom one-time box, please contact us at: [email protected] and we will be happy to custom-create one for you. Occasionally, we may announce limited one-time gift boxes available for purchase, featuring products from past boxes or new products from our brand partners.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept the following credit/debit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

What brands do you work / partner with?

Our goal is to curate the best in clean rose beauty, offering you a unique range and variety of high-quality eco-conscious products, along a meaningful seasonal theme. To achieve that goal, RosePost will introduce you to independent, niche, both established and up-and-coming brands that specialize in beauty and lifestyle products based on the finest rose essential oil, rosewater and rose absolute, as well as other natural, plant-based ingredients.  Some of the brands we will feature are small, but have been around for many years, operating their own rose plantations and distilleries in the world's most renowned rose oil producing regions (such as Bulgaria's Rose Valley). Others are independent North America-based brands, creating natural, organic skincare in small batches, using rose essential oil as a key ingredient. Many of our partners are women-founded and run indie beauty brands with inspirational stories that resonate with our own philosophy and ethos. 

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Please note that we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for RosePost boxes. The surprise element is at the core of our discovery experience, and we put much effort to plan and meticulously curate the boxes quarterly, selecting and sourcing products that you might not normally be able to acquire or choose for yourself.  We hope that you would love all the natural rose beauty products you discover in your RosePost boxes, but if there are still items you don't want or can't use, please consider gifting or donating them. We would happily work with you to replace a defective, damaged or missing item - please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your box with the details.
